Policies

Terms of service

These terms set the practical rules for accounts, subscriptions, learning materials, and certificates.

Effective 2 August 2026 · Last reviewed 2 August 2026

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and be legally able to enter this agreement. Do not share paid access, interfere with the service, scrape private content, upload malicious material, or use the platform to violate another person's rights.

Subscriptions and billing

Paddle is the merchant of record. The price, currency, tax, renewal interval, and payment terms shown by Paddle at checkout form part of your purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access normally continues to the paid period end; failed or reversed payments can suspend access. See the refund policy for refund requests.

Learning materials

The school grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service and download materials for your own learning. Unless a specific library item says otherwise, you may not resell, republish, or distribute the curriculum or use it to create a competing course.

Certificates and educational scope

Certificates record completion of the stated course requirements by an email-verified account. They are not identity documents, professional licences, university credit, or accredited qualifications. You may not misrepresent a certificate or another learner's identity. We may revoke a credential obtained through abuse or technical circumvention.

AI and professional judgement

Course material is educational and does not replace legal, medical, financial, employment, security, or other professional advice. AI tools can be wrong. You remain responsible for checking outputs and for how you use them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available but may change, suspend, or retire features and content. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that law does not allow us to limit.

Ending an account

You may request account deletion. We may suspend an account for fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or material breach, with reasonable notice where appropriate. Provisions about ownership, disclaimers, and lawful records survive termination where necessary.
